DATE: Saturday 8th - Sunday 9th August 2026.

LOCATION: Maya Maya, Mandoon Estate, Swan Valley, WA.

WHO: Girls aged 9-13 and their mums (or female guardian).

HOSTS: Annmarie Decotter (AHPRA registered clinical psychologist) & Amber Lawrence (Registered Health & Wellbeing teacher).

COST: $1845 per mother/ daughter pair: 1-night accommodation at Maya Maya (Maya Maya), Mandoon Estate including all-inclusive chef-prepare meals, organised activities and psychologist developed group workshops.

INCLUSIONS

• Beautiful 1-bedroom accommodation at Maya Maya, Mandoon Estate, Swan Valley.

• A 1.5 hr kayak experience starting at Mandoon Estate or a 30-minute “couples” spa treatment to enjoy together (or, choose to enjoy both at an additional cost).

• 30-minute fun and energetic Konga session.

• 1-hour of pair-based playful, acro yoga (catered to all levels).

• 3 x AHPRA registered psychologist run parent sessions covering topics such as ‘Understanding your Teen!’ and ‘Anxiety in Girls’.

• 3 x registered teacher run interactive, child-friendly workshops covering topics such as ‘Managing Emotions’ and ‘Self-care and Compassion' (note: parent and girl workshops are run at the same time).

• Fully catered breakfast, morning tea, lunch, and dinner for two.
