Are you and your daughter looking for the opportunity to get away and enjoy some quality time together? A chance to connect 1:1, relax, and reset together? Our 2-to-3-day retreats have you in mind!

Our weekends are full of all-inclusive chef-prepared meals, luxury accommodation, plenty of pool-side time, self-care and wellbeing activities, interactive group psychologist delivered sessions, time to connect with your daughter 1:1 and most importantly no scheduling necessary (a chance to take a break from that mum mental load)!

INCLUSIONS:

• Fully catered including morning tea, breakfast, BBQ lunch by the pool, catered finger food style lunch on Sunday (during pottery class), dinner for 2 in Peregian Village Square (deluxe package doesn’t include dinner on the Friday night)

• Create & Connect 2-hr hand building pottery class at The Pottery Studio

• Yoga Class & Rise & Shine Beach walk (weather dependent)

• Optional extra activity: 2 x 30-minute spa treatments (for you and your daughter at the same time to experience together);

• 2 x psychologist run parent sessions covering topics such as ‘Understanding your Teen!’ and ‘Anxiety in Girls’

• 2 x psychologist run fun, interactive, youth sessions covering topics such as ‘Managing Emotions’ and ‘Self-care and Compassion' (note: parent and girl sessions are run at the same time)

• 1 x psychologist joint run session ‘Wellbeing and lifestyle’

• 2 hosts - both AHPRA registered psychologists (please note private sessions do not occur but hosts are available for group sessions and activities).

• Full use of the hotel facilities including 2 x heated magnesium pools, gym, and 5-star luxury rooms!
